Around Our Schools - September 2, 2009 Deer Valley Elementary Schools Diamond Canyon Diamond Canyon Kindergarten is having a Grandparent's Day Celebration to honor Grandparents on Friday, September 18th, 10 a.m. The celebration will begin in the grandchild's classroom and will follow with lunch in the cafeteria. Around Our Schools - April 6, 2009 Deer Valley Elementary Schools Arrowhead Back in October Arrowhead�s third graders created the �Support Our Troops� project. They donated money to help purchase footballs for soldiers overseas. As a result of their efforts, the soldiers received footballs and handwritten letters from the students for Thanksgiving and experienced an America tradition far away from home.
