West Wing School News Message

 

I know that there have been many recent news reports about students around the country making disturbing statements. Last month there was a report that a student had made an inappropriate comment regarding the school, however; this only came to our attention recently. While this was concerning, it was investigated and determined to be just a rumor, and there has been nothing to substantiate the need for further concern. This student does not have any access to weapons and this issue has been determined to be a rumor and nothing more.

 

Safety is our first priority and any comments that appear to be potential threats are throughly investigated. Please note that West Wing School and our district take ALL types of disturbing or threatening comments seriously. Please feel free to reach out to the administration if you have any further concerns or questions.
