Invoice Cycle for Before & After Care

Dear Before & After School Care Families;
Effective immediately, we will modify our invoicing schedule in an effort to decrease the impact on you and to streamline our process:
We will eliminate the mid-month invoicing EXCEPT for
Schedule changes that are effective mid-month and the fees associated with the change
New contract approvals
ALL additional fees incurred during the month (late payment, late pick up, additional and unscheduled drop-in days) will be added to your next billing cycle due the 1st of the month
With this change, you should no longer see:
A mid-month charge on an automatic payment plan for items cited above
A second late payment fee in the same month
The remainder of our invoicing cycle will remain unchanged:
Your monthly fees will still be invoiced on/around the 25th of each month (this date can vary depending on weekends and holidays)
Payments are still due on the 1st of the month (August through May) and are considered late on the 2nd
A $20 late payment fee will apply 5 days past the due date
