STAFF RECOGNITION: Is there a staff member at Mountain Ridge that you feel has gone above and beyond to help a student or is just a great representation of what it means to be a Mountain Lion? SENIOR GRAD. SONG AND ANTHEM TRYOUTS:  Any Senior interested in trying out for the senior song or national anthem at graduation, please sign up ASAP in room E218.  Tryouts are next Wednesday, March 8^th.

CAP & GOWN:  Attention Seniors, if you did not pick up your Cap and Gown yet, it is important that you get them as soon as possible at the Bookstore either before or after school or during lunch. 

CONGRATULATIONS BAND AND WINTER GUARD: Congrats to our Bands! Our Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble performed at the Area Concert Festival last week and received Superior with Distinction Ratings, the highest rating you can receive. Go Ridge! Congrats to our Winter Guard! Both JV and Varsity competed and won their respective divisions at the Corona Del Sol Show last Saturday! Go Ridge!

NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY APPLICATIONS:  National Honor Society applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now open. Current sophomores and juniors with a minimum 3.8 GPA are invited to complete an application. See Ms. Sercl in room C223.

ATTENTION SENIORS: Any seniors graduating who did NOT attend the graduation meeting, we just held - Come and pick up information at the BOOKSTORE.

ATTENTION SENIORS:  Attention any seniors interested in auditioning for the Main Graduation Speech. Auditions will be held March 1st – Wednesday in the lecture hall after school. A sign up sheet is posted outside Room E218. You must sign up to audition.

SENIOR SCHOLORSHIPS:  please turn in any scholarships you have received to Ms. Dyal in the counseling office by either emailing the award letters to sarah.dyal@dvusd.org or by dropping them off in the counseling. We want to honor you at our Senior Awards Ceremony on April 26th. The deadline to turn in scholarships is Monday, March 20th.
