All things E.Q. (week of 8/18-8/25): The E.Q. Insight this week is: Are your thoughts helping you or hurting you? Our thoughts have the power to make our day better or worse because they affect how we experience the world. Which means you have the power to make your day better or worse. Be good to yourself. An easy way to check in and ensure you are working towards creating a better day for yourself is to become aware of your thoughts by asking yourself some questions. 1."What do I think today will be like?" 2.“Is the day I am expecting the one I want to have?” 3.“Can I picture a better day happening, and what can I do to help create that better day?" 4.“What will I enjoy about today?" You deserve to have an answer to that question! Being aware of our thoughts and judgments about our day can help us see what direction those thoughts are taking us and allow us to, if need be, replace them with different thoughts and actions. Remember your experience of life is more than your environment. It is also your thoughts and responses to your environment that create your life. Be good to yourself, Danna Evans All Things E.Q.

Interact Meeting: First Interact Meeting on Tuesday, August 31st in room 304, come to have some pizza and learn about ways to volunteer in our community, Service Above Self!
