Varsity boys basketball plays 1 of their 4 remaining home games TONIGHT versus #15 ranked Boulder Creek. Freshman play at 4pm, JV 5:30 and Varsity at 7pm. Hope to see you all there!
On Thursday, Jan. 23rd a representative from Glendale Community College will be visitng campus during AcaPrep to provide information about registration, scholarships, degree programs and more. He will also answer any questions you have about GCC. Get an AcaPrep pass from the Counseling office to attend.
Stop by Raising Cane's at 79th Ave and Bell between 5:00-9:00 PM on Wed., Jan. 22. Mention Mountain Ridge Educators Rising and they will earn 20% of the proceeds. See the bright yellow flier in your teachers' classrooms. Enjoy!
"Are you in or have you taken French or Spanish 5-6 Honors? Are you bilingual? Do you speak, read, listen and write at an intermediate level in a second language? You could be eligible to earn the seal of biliteracy. There will be a practice seal of biliteracy test in C219 next Tuesday, 1/21/20 after school. See Mrs. Romero for details. The deadline to sign up and pay is 1/31/20. "
Attention Freshman and Sophomores! A large number of you have not chosen courses for next year. Please go to powerschool through the internet (not the app) and click on course registration and choose your courses for next year. This needs to be done as soon as possible or your courses will be chosen for you! Thank you! If you have questions please see your counselor.

Ridge Got Talent is Wednesday, January 29th at 7pm. If you know a teacher with a talent to share, please let the Principal Advisory Council members know or let Ms. Debbie Moore know.
Just a reminder that we will hold senior meetings during ACAPREP on Jan. 28th for seniors last names A-K and on January 30th last names L-Z. Seniors will be called to the auditorium and the beginning of ACAPREP. These meetings will give you information regarding graduation and senior events that will be coming up.
