Congratulation Jalan Tipirneni who has been nominated as our February Rotary Student of the Month.  Jalan was nominated by our Math Department.

Congratulations to our BAND! They been awarded the William E. Richardson PROGRAM OF DISTINCTION AWARD. The award recognizes superior achievement in all areas of the band program.

Congratulations to our BAND, CHOIR and ORCHESTRA students that made it into ALL-REGION. We had 38 students make it and 7 selected as alternates! The All-Region Festival is this weekend at McClintock High School in Tempe.

The first robotics club building robots for the SkillsUSA competition is canceled today.  We will be meeting tomorrow instead in room C-108 for those that can make it.

Art Alliance will meet in CC-303 Thursday after school.

TSW will have hot chocolate for sale Thursday morning, Valentines Day for $1.00.  Sales will begin at 7:00 AM on the west end of the C building facing the gym.  Please come out and start your day with a delicious hot chocolate! 

Cookie Bouquets will be on sale for Valentine's Day or to send your special person a valentine cookie bouquet to be delivered to their classroom. Order yours at the student store today!

Congratulations to our winter guard teams that traveled to Buckeye for their first competition of the season this past weekend.  Our JV team finished 2nd in their division and Varsity finished 1st and started their season with their highest ever week-1 score!  Best of luck to both teams as they compete at Goldwater HS next Saturday the 23rd.

Anyone interested in wrestling next year, there is a mandatory meeting on TODAU at 2:30 in Coach Whitten’s room E-104.  We will be discussing eh spring and summer camps and tournaments.

It’s CTE month, 6 out of 10 students pursue a career related to the CTE courses they took in high school.  Happy CTE Month!
