Attention all students, if you have not taken your final for the Fall semester the last day is this Friday the 18^th.  If your test is not taken you will receive a grade of “0” for the missed final. 

Please join us in congratulating Megan Neese who has been nominated as our January Rotary Student of the Month. Megan was nominated by our Fine Arts department.

A representative from Avalon School of Cosmetology will be presenting during AcaPrep on Thursday the 24^th.  This is a great chance to learn about their Cosmetology program and available financial aid.  Get an AcaPrep pass from the Counseling office today to attend!

Tuesday, January 22^nd during AcaPrep a DJ from Kool FM will be here!  He will talk about media careers.  Get pass from C116!

Congratulations to boys basketball for beating Liberty last night.  With 2 seconds left and down by 1 point.  Our boys had to go the length of the court to score.  With Gino drawing out the defense, Riley Lopez set a hard screen for Trask Morgan who met a perfect pass under the basket from Matt Jensen.  Ridge won 47-46!

DECA seniors, be sure to apply for the International DECA Honor Roll.  See the DECA website, Ms. Moore or Mrs. Woodruff and apply before January 22^nd.  Also you need to be registered for DECA State by January 18^th so get into the canvas course to sign up.

Attention Juniors, next year everyone can do internship.  There will be an in person course that has release time for your job and there is the current CTE Internship that is online.  Be sure you sign up for them for next year!

Best Buddies Fundraiser @ Panda Express - Please mark your calendars for our Panda Express Fundraiser Night tonight, January 17^th from 3:00-9:00.  This is a great opportunity to meet together and enjoy Panda Express with family and friends.  Hope to see you all there!

Art Alliance will meet TODAY in Room CC303 after school.  New members are welcome!

Have you bought your Ridge Got Talent tickets yet?  See any Principals Advisory Council member or go to the Bookstore to buy yours today.  This talent show of teachers and student acts will amaze you!  It is a benefit for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society so come support a great cause!  Tickets are $5.00 pre-sale and $8.00 at the door.  Mr. Lang, Mr. Gabow, Officer Calderone and Mr. Shiro will be doing a Beatles tribute and the Mama Mia performance and of course, Drumline!  See you on Thursday, January 31^st at 7:00 PM for this great show!

Girls Soccer will be taking on Liberty at home on Tuesday, January 22^nd.  Please come out and support the teams.  JV starts at 4:00 and Varsity at 6:00.

Ridge Run 5K is taking place on Saturday, February 2^nd at 8:00 AM.  Cost is $25.00 for adults and $20.00 for students.  Everyone who registers will be entered into a raffle to win 4 park hopper tickets to Disneyland, so sign up today!!!  Proceeds benefit Mountain Ridge Athletics, invite your family and friends to join you!
