The Dance Concert for this week is Sold Out. There will be no tickets available at the door or at the bookstore.
Hey Ridge, Friday, December 14th is ugly sweater day, so get out your Holiday sweaters and deck the halls with some spirit. You know Mr. Prey will be donning his Buffs sweater, perfect for the day. Don’t be left out in the cold.
Come out to hear our Band and Orchestra in their Annual Holiday Concert this Tonight, in the MRHS Auditorium. Performance begins at 7 PM. Our Band Council will be serving Hot Chocolate at the end of the concert.
The MRHS Spring musical is Cinderella! Auditions begin Wednesday, December 12th and tech crew applications are due the 14th. Stop by F-135 to pick up the materials you will need for auditions. Break a leg!
Girls varsity soccer beat Skyline 4-0 on Friday. Two goals each by Madalyn Wnenta and Brenna Scott. Mya Liljenstople had her second straight shutout.
Girls JV soccer beat Skyline 11-0 on Friday. Goals by Marissa, Chelsea, Sarah, Rylee, Carlie, Kaylee, Jessica, and Tatum. Great job ladies.
Boys basketball has their second home game of the season tonight versus LaJoya High School. Freshman game begins at 4:00 PM, JV at 5:30 PM and Varsity at 7:00 PM. Come on out and show your support.
Congratulations to the Varsity Pom competition team, led by captains Marissa Calderone & Lauren Keating, for having an excellent performance this past weekend at the USA Regional Competition. The girls placed in the top 4, better than any school in our area, earning them a bid to Nationals in 2 different categories.
Congratulations to the JV Pom competition team for winning 1st Place this weekend in another USA Regional competition. The girls beat Mountain View HS along with some of the other top programs in state. This makes two 1st place finishes for the JV Pom team advancing them to the national tournament in February.
DECA will have a fuzzy sock exchange at the meeting on Thursday, December 13th during AcaPrep. Be there and bring your socks. Get an AcaPrep pass from the student store. Holiday treats will be served.
Congratulations to Coach Glonek’s Power Training Lifters of the month for October. 1st hour Tyler Soares, 2nd hour Jake Alwine, 3rd James Rice, 4th hour Aihamm Najem, 5th hour Basil Elrobeh and 6th hour Sean Sisco. Congratulations to the after school training program lifter of the month Derykk Leverage and Avery Feiter.
Girls interested in this years tennis team should attend a signup meeting Wednesday, Dcember 12th at 2:30 in A-177 in the Library.

Come Tuesdays for help on schoolwork and to expand your Spanish knowledge base. Come Thursdays for the cultural meetings and amazing talks about everything Spanish related. Girls Soccer is home tonight against Valley Vista. Come out and support your teams!
Mark your calendars, the 2nd annual Ridge Run 5K is taking place on February 2nd at 8:00 AM. Cost is $25.00 for adults and $20.00 for students.
