Congratulations Symphonic Winds and Symphonic Band on their performance at the DVUSD high school band assessment last week.  The band received the highest scores in the District.

The TSW (transition to work) program will have hot chocolate for sale for $1.00 this Wednesday morning before school. We will be located on the west side of the C building near the location where the buses drop off students. Please come out and enjoy a nice warm hot chocolate!

Ridge Madness is coming to Ridge on Thursday, December 6th starting at 5:00 PM.  There will be food trucks, games, live music and then the madness starts in the gym around 6:30.  Come out and support your winter teams and have a fun night.

Our Band and Orchestra are hosting a Santa Breakfast this Saturday, December 8th from 8 AM - Noon in the Mountain Ridge High School Cafeteria.  Come out to eat Breakfast with Santa and to hear the wonderful musicians from the award winning Ridge Band and Orchestra playing Holiday favorites.  Tickets are available for advance purchase, check the squareup link below!  Adults are $7, Seniors (65+) and Children (under 12) are $4. On Thursday, December 6^th during 1^st period AcaPrep MRHS Mentors will host a study skills session with all freshmen students in preparation for finals.  Please allow freshmen and mentors to attend the event.  Freshmen teachers and those on prep will supervise the event.  See you then!

Best Buddies will be having their Holiday fundraiser at Barros Pizza on tomorrow, December 5^th from 5:00 – 9:00 PM at 67^th Avenue and Beardsley.  Hope to see you all there!

Best Buddies will be having their Holiday movie night at Harkin’s Norterra theater on Thursday, December 6^th from 4:00 – 6:00 PM.  Best Buddies, please make sure you register with Mrs. Plogman for attendance.

Girls JV soccer beat Copper Canyon 7-0 on Friday.  Goals by Sidney, Chelsea, Sarah, Kaylee, and Nicole.  Varsity beat Copper Canyon 10-0.  Goals by Gabby, Ally, Kelsey, Haley, Mackenzie, and Autem.  Great job ladies!

The boys soccer team defeated Moon Valley on Thursday night by a score of 6-2.  Kristian Bielicki scored 4 goals, one assisted by Jacob Neal.  Travis Warinner scored 2 goals. Home opener is Wednesday night at 6pm. 

Girls basketball is at home tonight against San Luis.  Come out and support your teams!
