Dear Before & After Care Families;
As you have already been notified by our Superintendent, Dr. Curtis Finch, all Deer Valley Unified School District schools will be closed starting Thursday, April 26. All schools will remain closed indefinitely - until we can assure that 75% of certified teachers will report to work. This closure includes all Before & After School Care programs.
We normally invoice for the month ahead on the 25th of the month. We will delay invoicing May payments until we have a date for schools to re-open. Once we have that date, we will invoice for May as usual with the payment coming due 5 days after the invoice date, much as it is now.
We will work with our software company to make adjustments to fees and days as necessary, once we have a clearer picture of the situation.
