Congratulations to FBLA students who took home 28 medals on Saturday at the FBLA Region 3 Conference.  The talented and successful group took home 9 first place, 13 second place and 6 third place medals.  Congratulations FBLA!

Congratulations to FBLA Ridge Media students who placed Saturday at the FBLA Regional Conference at ASU Polytechnic Campus on January 20^th.  Connor Harris and Brandon Pero won 1^st place and Kaylie Jackson won 3^rd place in Public Service Announcement.  Carlie Ranno won 2nd place in Public Speaking. 

If you are interested in the online Internship next year that is offered to Seniors, stop by and see Ms. Moore during Tuesday AcaPreps.  Drop by to get a pass so that you can get on the computer to register for the class.  It is online and is one full credit in an internship that is paid or non-paid.  Your job IS your class.

It's Scholarship Season. Please be aware your transcripts will not have your accurate class ranking available until February 1, 2018.

Join us for the first annual Ridge Run 5K on February 10^th at 8:00 AM.  Go to MRHSathletics.com to register your family and friends.  The cost is $30.00 per participant.  If you need any additional information stop by the Athletic office.

The Mountain Ridge Boys Tennis program will have a mandatory meeting after school in Coach Singleton's room, C108 at 2:20 on Wednesday, January 24.  We will be discussing the upcoming season, tryouts and end of season activities.  All boys interested in trying out for tennis should attend.

The girls varsity soccer team defeated Westview 5-3 on Friday night.  Goals were scored by Kaylin Williams, Lauren Denning and Ashley Armenta had a hat-trick.  Assists were given by Brenna Scott, Kelsey Biernot, Lauren Denning, Mikayla Ford and Kaylin Williams.  The ladies close out the regular season tomorrow against Pinnacle for senior night.  Come out and support the lady lion’s soccer team.  JV Girls soccer defeated Westview 8-0 with another strong team effort and another shutout by Frida in goal.

Boys Soccer is at home tonight against Central.  JV at 4:00 PM and Varsity at 6:00 PM.  It is also senior night so come out and support your teams!
