Dear Summer Camp Families:
We are excited for 2017 ‘Sun’sational Summer Camp! The Field Trip & Activity calendars are now available at http://dvusd.org/summercamp. Please review the following information carefully:

If you require changes to your reserved dates – especially the first few weeks of camp -- please make them now at http://deervalley.ce.eleyo.com.

Some field trips may close if you wait to reserve a particular date.

Please be assured that if your contract, and/or any contract changes, have already been approved, your dates are secure.

All changes must be made prior to the billing deadlines (see attached; also available on website and in Parent Handbook)

Field trips may close PRIOR TO the billing deadline
Our new Eleyo software system streamlines the registration process; as a result, you are required to reserve your days earlier. A crucial benefit is the safety of your children, as the new software provides us with very accurate records on a daily basis, also allowing us to plan and schedule in a more efficient manner. With this comes the possibility of certain field trips closing because they have reached capacity earlier (again, your dates are secure if your contract/changes are approved).
