DVUSD Accepts Requests for Open Enrollment

The Deer Valley Unified School District (DVUSD) will begin accepting open enrollment applications for 2010-11 on Monday, December 7, 2009. Applications may be obtained from any of the district�s 37 schools or district office. The application may also be found at the district�s web site, http://www.dvusd.org.

DVUSD is noted for its award winning programs, staff, and schools. Open enroll to any of the innovative programs which include:

�       Senior Institute; International Baccaulaureate at Barry Goldwater HS
�       Academy of American Studies � First in Arizona � at Sandra Day O�Connor HS
�       Mandarin Chinese at Diamond Canyon & Gavilan Peak
�       Renaissance Gifted Academy and Music Academy at Esperanza
�       Signature Career Programs at all high schools 
�       Core Knowledge School(s), opening in 2010
�       Literacy based Pre-School programs including Core Knowledge Preschools
