GIRLS GOLF UPDATE:  The Ridge Girls took 4th place yesterday in the Husky Open. Freshman Peyton DeCosta led the way for Ridge shooting +6/78. Sophia Symchak was second for the Mountain Lions shooting a personal best qualifying round 44! Today, the girls travel to Blackstone country club to play Liberty.

RIDGE CROSS COUNTRY: The Mountain Ridge Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams competed at the Happy Valley Invite this past Saturday. The Boys Varsity Team finished 2nd led by Luke Innarelli, Adrian Rodriguez and Collin Foley. The Boys JV Team also finished 2nd led by Kallen McCracken, Sean Barendt, Jack Smith and Robby Haynes. The Girls Varsity Team finished 4th led by Jessica Jacobsen, Delaney Patterson and Sydney McCracken. The Cross Country Teams will head to California this week to compete in the largest meet in the country, the Woodbridge Classic.

RAISING CANE'S FUNDRAISER:  Mountian Ridge Football Boosters is hosting a fundraiser at Cane's Chicken.  September 18th from 4-6pm.  7930 W. Bell Rd.  Grendale.  Please mention the fundraiser at the register and they will donate 15% of sales to the Boosters.  

STUDENT ATHLETIC PASSES: Students you can avoid the online ticket fees and purchase your Student Athletic pass from the bookstore. This pass costs $30.00 and will get you into all regular season HOME games. Your students pass will be put on your students ID card and you must show the ID card at the event

FAMILY ATHLETIC PASSES: Parents and families can purchase a punch card to get into games 20 punches for $65.00. The family punch card can be purchase at the bookstore and is for parents and family members only and can not be used by Ridge students to get into games.

TICKETS for home athletic events can only be purchased online, tickets will not be sold at the door. To purchase your tickets go to www.mrhsathletics.com and click on the ticket link.

TSW PLASTIC FILM COLLECTION: The TSW Program and the Trex Co. are excited to announce our 3rd year of competition with other high schools all over the United States.  We are collecting clean tearable plastic some examples are: Grocery bags, Plastic envelopes, Ziploc bags, Water bottle case covers, Dry cleaning bags, Bubble wrap, Ice bags. Last year we placed 2nd with over 7,000  lbs of film.  Our goal this year is 10,000 lbs, so bring in your unwanted plastic, help us reach 1st place and clean up our environment at the same time. Drop off for plastic/film is in the administration building in the  designated white Trex bin by the attendance window
