ATHLETIC PHYSICALS 2021/2022-The time has come again to get your athletic physicals. Schedule an appointment in the Athletic Office, 623-376-3036. Physicals are Saturday, May 8, 7:30-10 at MVP Orthopedics.
BEST BUDDIES - Best Buddies will be having their last meeting at 7:00 am on April 29th in the Best Buddies Garden by room C113. See you there!
RENNASSAINCE CORD DISTRIBUTION - The rennaissance cord program has been revamped this year. Cords will now be distributed during SENIOR WALK THROUGH ONLY. Keep any cords you have already picked up in a safe place, any additional earned cords will be distributed your senior year during walk through,
SENIOR GRADUATION YARD SIGN – Make your Senior feel specials. We are doing a second order for Senior yard signs! You can order one with a picture ($30) or just name ($25). Email mrhspom@gmail.com for an order form. Orders are due by April 30th. Let’s show these Seniors how much we appreciate them.
Spirit Week “Dining With Ridge” is the week of April 26-30th
Please remind students they must follow dress code, and that use of spray paint/hair color/face paint is not acceptable.
CONGRATULATIONS MRHS TRACK - This past windy Monday evening, the boys and girls track teams traveled to Sandra Day for day 1of the Deer Valley District Championship. This meet is the last team competition of the season. Medalist include the following star athletes; Junior Taylor Krasa winning the girls mile with a gusty performance. The boys 4x800 team lead by Senior Tristen Brewer placed third. Junior Josiah Parker winning the discus and Junior Kaden Hicks took the bronze. Miyah Verse captured gold in the girls shot put. In the high jump we had three athletes place; Silver medalist Victor Sandrin, freshman Nathan Moreno and the talented Hayze Comstock. Javelin School record holder Lauren Maza extended her winning streak and freshman star Emma Johnson won the triple in dramatic fashion on her last jump.
Both boys and girls are currently in second place overall behind Sandra Day.
COLOR GUARD - "Looking for a new activity? How about color guard! Come to our first dance clinic on April 20th from 5 to 7pm. Or our first spin clinic on April 27th from 5 to 7pm. CONGRATULATIONS MRHS TENNIS - Congratulations to girls varsity tennis as they took on Willow Canyon and scored a 9-0 win. This was the teams 7th straight win. Winning at singles were Neha Balamurugan, Emma Troyer, Nicole Varadi, & Maehur Aulakh. Wining at doubles was the team of Julia Borggrebe & Maehur Aulakh. Way to go team!
ATTENTION STUDENTS: We are a closed campus and do not allow any outside deliveries of food to our campus. If someone comes in with food from an outside delivery, they will be turned away.
