Congratulations to the freshman football team for their 56-30 Wednesday night against Tolleson. Great performances were had by Terrance Hall, Will Mikes and Chris Ramos.
New Club! Do you like Memes? Then the Meme Club is for you! We will share, create and appreciate the art of the Meme. See Mr. Rossi in CC309 for an Acaprep pass for our first meeting Tuesday Sept. 24th.
DECA is going on a Power Trip to Washington DC in November 14-18th. If you are interested, you will need to join DECA and be at the Sept 12th meeting. The first NON refundable deposit is due on Sept 20th. ($400 and you can use tax credit for this!) We will attend the DECA conference, do Hill Legislative visits and tour the Monuments by Moonlight, Arlington Cemetery, Mt. Vernon and Georgetown. It should be a GREAT POWER trip. Come join us. Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors are invited to a field trip to tour West-Mec Northeast Campus on Wednesday, October 9th from 9am-11am. Please sign up in the counseling office to attend.
A West-MEC representative will be on campus Tuesday, Sept 24th during AcaPrep. This is a great chance to hear about the programs they offer for job skills in a wide variety of areas, including Automotive, Hairstyling, Medical, IT and more. Get an AcaPrep pass from the Counseling office today!

Attention students going to the Homecoming dance. This year, all attendees need to sign a Homecoming Dance Code of Conduct form. It will be on our website for you to download on Monday September 9th 2019. If you are bringing a non-Ridge guest, you will also need to download a guest form off of our website. Guests will also need to turn in a Dance Code of Conduct form. Forms need to be turned in to the conduct office before students can purchase a ticket. Tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door. Again, tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door.
All tickets need to be purchased before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27th. Please wait to buy guest tickets until you have confirmed your guest has been approved. Approval lists will be updated at lunch daily, and held at the bookstore. All forms will be turned in to the conduct office. Remember, you MUST have your student ID in order to get in the door. Guests need their ID, as well.
Students who are in possession of anything related to vaping/tobacco at the dance will not be allowed into the dance, and will be suspended off campus the following week. Seniors who are off-campus suspended will lose the privilege to walk at graduation. Thank you for following all school and district expectations.
Ridge Army and Beat OC shirts are now on sale in the bookstore. Buy one for $15 or both shirts for $25.
