The ACT will be administered to juniors on Wednesday, February 20^th.  There is no makeup day.  Since the ACT is a timed test, tardy students will not be able to test.  Junior students who ride both regular and special service buses will be picked up at the regular time.  Freshmen, sophomores, and senior students who ride special service buses will be picked up 3 hours and 30 minutes later than their normal time.  Students who are in grades 9, 10 and 12 who ride regular buses will be picked up 4 hours and 30 minutes later than their normal pick up time.

Congratulations to all of you 10^th, 11^th and 12^th grade students who have qualified to be members of the Renaissance program.  Teachers have received the list and it should be posted in each classroom.  So make sure you check the list.   Cord distribution will February 15^th during both lunches in the rotunda located outside of the bookstore.

Congratulation to Destiny Sturdivant and Rosario Rocchio for being selected as Citizens of the Month for December.   These students were awarded a gift card, will you be next?

Congratulations to our BAND! They been awarded the William E. Richardson PROGRAM OF DISTINCTION AWARD. The award recognizes superior achievement in all areas of the band program.

Congratulations to our BAND, CHOIR and ORCHESTRA students that made it into ALL-REGION. We had 38 students make it and 7 selected as alternates! The All-Region Festival is this weekend at McClintock High School in Tempe.

Art Alliance will meet in CC-303 TODAY after school.

DECA State testing is the week of February 19 – 22^nd.  See Mrs. Moore or Mrs. Woodruff for the schedule.  It is posted on the door of room C-103.

It’s CTE month, 80% of high school CTE students are college and career ready vs. 63% of non CTE students.  Happy CTE Month!
