Congratulations to the Varsity boys basketball team for winning 3^rd place at the Horizon Invitational Tournament over winter break.  Their next games are Tuesday at #1 ranked Pinnacle high school, Wednesday at home versus #15 Shadow Ridge & Friday at Boulder Creek.  Freshman begin at 4:00, JV at 5:30 and Varsity 7:00 PM. 

Over this past weekend, the boys soccer team participated in the Chandler Prep Tournament. The team won their pool but unfortunately lost in the semis. The team then rallied and won the consolation game to finish third overall. Goals were scored by Josh Heinz, Hamzah Al-Jibouriy, Nathan Erickson and Kristian Bielicki scored 6 goals. The boys play tonight at Westview.

This is a reminder to students who have scheduled a Spanish test out, please come to C-219 right after school to begin testing today.  The Seal of Biliteracy testing is coming soon in February!  Seniors who are fluent in English and another language should see Mrs. Romero in C-219 for more information. 

TSW will have hot chocolate for sale this Wednesday morning starting at 7:00 AM for $1.00.  Please remember to get your hot chocolate this Wednesday at the West end of the C building facing the gymnasium.

Art Club will meet this week after school on Thursday in CC303.

DECA district competitors, be sure to get your permission slip and paid receipt uploaded into canvas.  Competition is January 14^th, full professional dress is required.  Practice your case studies during the break.  Let’s go win some medals!

Seniors, you can add the CTE online internship to the Spring semester if you need a .5 credit.  See Ms. Moore or your Counselor to get that class added.

Attention Juniors, next year everyone can do internship.  There will be an in person course that has release time for your job and there is the current CTE Internship that is online.  Be sure you sign up for them for next year!

Girls basketball plays Pinnacle tonight and Girls Soccer against Westview.  Both are at home tonight.  Come out and support your teams.
