Please know that if you or your friends are struggling, you are not alone.  Please find someone to help you, a family member, teacher, counselor, coach or Teen Lifeline.  Please ask for help when you need it. 

Did you know that DECA month starts today?  Now you know!  Happy DECA month!  It is DECA Day at BLAZE pizza near Arrowhead.  Tell them you are there for DECA and 20% will go to Ridge DECA.  Go get a Pizza on Friday November 2nd from 11am-6pm at BLAZE Pizza!!  It is a half day so it is a PERFECT day to pick up Pizza for Lunch or Dinner!

Chipotle is hosting a fundraiser for Educators Rising.  Enjoy yummy food at the 67^th Avenue and 101 location on Saturday between 4:00 – 8:00 PM.  Mention MRHS and we earn 33% of the proceeds.  Enjoy!

Do you like pancakes, waffles or french toast?  Stop by iHop at Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant on Friday between 1:00 – 8:00 PM, mention MRHS and Educators Rising will earn 20% of the proceeds.

Art Alliance will meet in Room CC303 after school today.  Remember to bring your T-shirt for printing.
