The Library Media Center will be closed Friday, October 26th for Civics Testing.

DECA meeting is Thursday during AcaPrep. Men’s Wearhouse will be out guest speaker talking about Dress for Success.
There will be a Society of Female Scholars meeting for all current members in the auditorium during AcaPrep tomorrow. Please see Ms. Britton in room E116 for a pass.
Help stop polio forever. Polio attacks the nervous system causing paralysis. Just $1.00 can save two children by purchasing their vaccines. It still affects two countries. As long as it is in the world, it’s only a plane ride away. Stop by our table at lunch and make a difference in the world.

University of Arizona is giving a presentation during AcaPrep tomorrow. It’s not too late, get an AcaPrep pass from the Counseling office today!
To celebrate the Food Drive going on right now, StuGo has come up with a spirit week for this week. Each day will have a specific item to bring in and the first hour class that brings in the most each day will get a prize. Today is “The AmeriCAN Way” so bring in cans. Thursday is “Thirsty Thursday” so bring in water and Friday is “Fiesta FriYAY” so bring in all nonperishable items. Go Ridge!

Planning to go to Orlando with DECA with a written event? You need to start on your paper now! You should have them finished the last week in November so get writing that paper! See Mrs. Moore or Mrs. Woodruff if you have questions!
Attention all boys interested in trying out for basketball, tryouts will be next Monday and Tuesday after school. For specific times go to the athletic website or check with Coach Lopez in room E-103. Please make sure that you have been cleared through the Athletic office to tryout next Monday.
Anyone interested in wrestling this year must attend a mandatory meeting in Coach Whitten’s room E104 this Thursday after school at 2:20 PM.
Winter sports tryouts begin on October 29th. All athletes must be cleared through the Athletic office PRIOR to tryouts. You can pick up a physical packet in the athletic office before or after school and during lunch. See Mrs. Wesson for questions.
