Please congratulate the following HOSA members for their outstanding performance at the OSA Spring Leadership Conference:  Lindsey Foster 3rd place in Medical Reading, qualifying for HOSA International Leadership conference, Tara Liu 5th place in Medical Math and Daniel Lucas was awarded the Barbara James Service Award.

DECA Members, applications for Chapter Officer Positions for next year are due to Ms. Moore via email by 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 12th.  There will be after school interviews on Thursday, April 19th.  Voting will be Thursday, April 26th during both lunches in the student store.  Winners will be announced at the banquet.

Attention Athletes, if you plan to sign with a College for your sport and want to be part of the National Letter of Intent signing on Wednesday, please see Mrs. Wesson in the Athletic office no later than Tuesday afternoon.

Any Freshman, Sophomore or Junior wanting to run for a class position in student government for next year must attend a mandatory workshop at 7:10 AM or 2:20 PM on Thursday, April 12th in room E-218.  You must attend the workshop in order to run, see Mr. Evans for questions.

This is the last week to sign up for the blood drive on Monday, April 16th.  Schedule an appointment in Mr. Prey’s room C-209. 

Boys soccer camp will begin TODAY and will continue every Monday and Wednesday in April and May.  Pick up a flyer at the bookstore to register.

This was a productive weekend for your Mountain Ridge Track & Field teams.  It started Friday evening at the Scottsdale Distance Classic where the boys 4x800 relay team of Reiner Gilbertson, Austin Clayton, Gavin Allen and Hunter Krasa automatically qualified for state running a scorching 8:10.  The time ranks them third in the state. 

The Teams were just getting started.  Saturday, at the twenty one team Westside Invitation at Deer Valley, the girls place 2nd overall and the boys captured 5th.  Medalist include the following athletes: Maddie Marr, Emily Simon, Olivia Hanson, Olivia Magby, Kailee Sullivan, Jasmine Gonzales, Ally Rybarczyk, Mackenzie Bondo and Taylor Mollenhour for the girls.  For the boys it was Gilbertson, Krasa, Clayton and Matthew Peterson. Come see the Mountain Lions in the last home meet this Wednesday.  Great job GO RIDGE.
