What: BCHS Fine Arts Department Hosts Arts Against Cancer Benefit Concert Where: BCHS Main Auditorium 40404 N. Gavilin Peak Pkwy, Anthem When: Monday Nov 21, 2011 at 6pm and 8pm Anthem, Ariz. November 4, 2011 –The Boulder Creek High School Fine Arts Department is hosting Arts Against Cancer, a benefit concert for Katie Wagner and Relay for Life. The concert will include performances from all areas of BCHS Fine Arts including choir, band, dance, guitar, and drama, as well as displays of ceramics, paintings and drawings in the lobby.
The concert will be held Monday, November 21 at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Boulder Creek High School’s Performing Arts Center, 40404 N. Gavilan Peak Pkwy, Anthem, AZ 85086. A $5.00 donation per person at the door is requested.
Katie Wagner is a 15-year-old from Anthem who was recently diagnosed with a rare form of Stage 4 lung/bone cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma. Katie is a sophomore at BCHS and a member of the choir program.

What: MASK, Mothers Awareness on School-age Kids is coming to Highland Lakes. The group will do an assembly for the students during the day to discuss bullying and cyber bullying, and will meet with the parents that evening for a follow up presentation!
