DVUSD Posts New Reunification Video
The Deer Valley Unified School District Safe Schools Team has created a new demonstration video about parent and child reunification in the event of an emergency or threat to the district. Watch it at https://www.dvusd.org/pages_our_schools/evacuation_video.html.
Constitution Receives $12,000 for STEM Program
Constitution Elementary in the Deer Valley Unified School District has been awarded $12,000 by the Arizona Department of Education for a new Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Club for students participating in the 21st Century Before and After School Program. Anthem School’s Aerospace Academy Kick Off
Anthem School in the Deer Valley Unified School District will celebrate its second year of the Aerospace Academy with a kick off celebration October 24. Students will celebrate with Civil Air Patrol t-shirts and a parachute drop contest with the help of Daisy Mountain Fire Department bucket truck. Anthem School is located 41020 NE Freedom Way.
McDonalds Awards Paseo Hills Cash for Physical Education Initiatives
Paseo Hills School in the Deer Valley Unified School District was awarded a $1,000 Go Active! Academics Award by Arizona Parent Teacher Association and McDonald’s Owner/Operators of Arizona. Funds will be used towards the Physical Education program.
