Anthem Country Club Donates Over $18K to Local DVUSD Schools

PHOENIX, Ariz. – March 30, 2011 – The ClubCorp Charity Classic 2010 Anthem Community Day for Charity donated $18,975 to Anthem public schools in the Deer Valley Unified School District. Schools included Anthem, Diamond Canyon, Canyon Springs, Gavilan Peak and Boulder Creek High School. The money was raised from the Anthem Country Club’s 4^th Annual Charity Classic – “Anthem Community Day for Charity” that took place last November.

In an effort to raise significant funds for the schools this year, the Club created a full day’s worth of events for all residents in the community to participate including a golf and tennis tournament, barbeque dinner, silent auction, and concert.
