Subject: Invoice Cycle for Before & After Care

Dear Before & After School Care Families;

Effective immediately, we will modify our invoicing schedule in an effort to decrease the impact on you and to streamline our process:

  • We will eliminate the mid-month invoicing EXCEPT for

    • Schedule changes that are effective mid-month and the fees associated with the change

    • New contract approvals

  • ALL additional fees incurred during the month (late payment, late pick up, additional and unscheduled drop-in days) will be added to your next billing cycle due the 1st of the month

With this change, you should no longer see:

  • A mid-month charge on an automatic payment plan for items cited above

  • A second late payment fee in the same month

The remainder of our invoicing cycle will remain unchanged:

  • Your monthly fees will still be invoiced on/around the 25th of each month (this date can vary depending on weekends and holidays)

  • Payments are still due on the 1st of the month (August through May) and are considered late on the 2nd

  • A $20 late payment fee will apply 5 days past the due date
