Boulder Creek High School Bulletin for Thursday, August 12, 2021

World Culture Club: Students if you are interested in joining the "World Culture Club", our first meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 25th from 2:20- 3:15 pm in Room 313.

Auditions for "Beauty and the Beast": Auditions for the fall musical "Beauty and the Beast" will start on August 16th and end on August 18th after school at 2:15 pm. Follow the theatre company Instagram @bchstheatreco for more information. We can’t wait to see you there!

Color Guard Sign-Ups: Color Guard Sign-Ups! Are you a performer? Do you have dance experience? It's not too late to sign up for the fall color guard! The color guard performs at all home football games and competes throughout the fall alongside the marching band. Anyone who is interesting in joining the fall competitive team should contact Ms. Eng in room 401 or email Cari.Eng@dvusd.org. The deadline for signing up is Friday, August 13th. Dance experience is encouraged but not required...we are a proud no-cut activity!

Last Year Yearbooks: If you purchased a yearbook last year and have not yet picked it up, please stop by the bookstore, before school, during lunch, or after school ONLY. If you did not purchase a yearbook, a few yearbooks are available for purchase, first come, first serve.

Dungeons and Dragons Club: Dungeons and Dragons will hold its first meeting this Thursday after school in room 450. If you are interested in joining our adventures, please come to room 450 after school on Thursday, August 12.

Counseling Office: Just a friendly reminder, Students need to stay in class, If they do need to see a Counselor please remind them to come down before school, during their lunch, and after school. They can fill out a pass during these times, and the Counselor will get back to them. Thank you and have a great day!

Astrology Club; If you are interested in Astrology Club, our first meeting will be on August 18th following the end of the day at 2:15 PM in room 530. Thank you!

Yearbook News: Your Prowler staff is hard at work creating the best 2022 yearbook possible! If you have photos of the first day of school, please email them to bchsyearbookpictures@gmail.com. Don't forget to go to JostensYearbooks.com in order to purchase a book. There will be NO extra copies bought this year, so make sure to preorder soon! Prices will increase in October. Thank you!

Attention Seniors! Attention seniors! You must go to GradsPhotography.com to schedule an appointment to get your senior photo for the yearbook! They must be completed at Grads, not as the ID photos that are taken Monday. The deadline is November 19. Thanks!

Reminder from the Nurse: As a reminder, please do not come down to the Health office without a pass from your teacher. Also, the Health office is closed 1:15-2:12 pm every day. Thank you for your cooperation.

Freshman Shirts: Attention All-Freshman, if you have not received your free Jag t-shirt, please stop by the bookstore, during your lunch, before or after school ONLY! Have a great Jag Day!

NHSDA: Students, are you interested in joining Dance Club? If so, come to our first meeting on Wednesday, August 18th, 2:15-3:15 pm in the dance studio (room 130). All levels are welcome and no prior training is required. Our first meeting will be a hip hop combination and meetings are tentatively planned for every other Wednesday. We will have a new style each week. Come dance with us!
