Boulder Creek High School Bulletin for Thursday, August 20, 2020

All Things EQ (8/17-8/21): Hello BCHS, The motto this week is: Are your thoughts helping you or hurting you? Our thoughts are powerful because they paint the way we view the world around us. On Mondays, it can be helpful to ask ourselves these questions to get us thinking about our thinking: 1. What do I think today will be like? 2. Do I want a day like that? 3. Can I imagine a better day happening? 4. What do I need to do to make that day more likely? I hope you have an incredible Monday and below our resources, you can use for this week's motto. Note we have added the Question of the Day. These are quick and easy questions that help students think critically about the motto for each week. Attached here you will find the material you will need for this week:•The Slide Presentation for Are my thoughts helping or hurting me?•The Key Insights and Reflection Questions•The Motto 360 •The Question of the day Thank you for all you do for your students, Danna EvansAll Things E.Q., LLC
